Pottery Classes

Cancellations by You

• 48 hours or more before your class: Full refund or free rescheduling to another available date.
• 24 hours before your class: Studio credit issued for the full amount, valid for 6 months. No cash refunds.
• Less than 24 hours before your class: No refund or credit. You are welcome to send someone in your place — please let us know their name in advance.
• No-shows: No refund or credit will be issued.

Cancellations by House Of Raw

If we need to cancel a class due to low enrolment, instructor illness, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We will notify you as soon as possible.

Finished Pieces

Pieces made during class are fired in our kiln and ready for collection approximately 2–3 weeks after your session. House Of Raw is not responsible for pieces that crack, warp, or are damaged during the firing process — this is an inherent risk of working with clay and ceramics.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a gift card was purchased in error, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to assist you.

Ceramic Products purchased from Home by House of Raw 

Returns

We accept returns of unused, undamaged ceramic products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange the return.

The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your ceramic product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Please note this only applies to home by House of Raw ceramic collections and does not include damaged piece that are handmade during a class. 

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or washed
• Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
• Custom or personalized ceramic pieces

How to Request a Refund or Return

Contact us through the contact page on our website with your order details and reason for return. We aim to respond within 2 business days. email: contact@houseofrawstudio.com

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7– 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
